Appropriate Land Use and Development is an ongoing priority for the Durand Neighbourhood Association. Our goals include ensuring new development and design respects the architecture and heritage of the Durand neighbourhood, supporting adequate and affordable housing, advocating for green space, encouraging the City to develop our alleyways and working with Municipal Law Enforcement to enforce property standards.
