Designation and Demolition: Is Durand’s Heritage Under Seige Again?
The Durand gave a presentation to the Municipal Heritage Committee November 20th, 2014. The letter talks about various heritage conservation issues in the neighbourhood througout history and more recently. It asks that the Committee consider the designation of the entire Durand Neighbourhood as a distinct Heritage Conservation District, a district worthy of preservation and of conservation.
