In case you missed it, here are some updates for everyone and opportunities to have your say in our beautiful city of Hamilton. While the “warm” winter weather seems to be holding up, try some winter cycling and explore the waterfront – check out the skating rink!
Herkimer Charlton Bike Lanes
A public meeting is planned to showcase the designs for the new Herkimer and Charlton bike lanes! A hard-working committee of volunteers from Durand and Kirkendall worked with the city to enhance the designs for the bike lanes, which were originally planned as unprotected biked lanes delineated with a painted line. The meeting will be held at Stanley Avenue Baptist Church (Stanley and Locke) on Thursday, January 28 at 7 p.m. (enter by the rear door). Residents are welcome to view the designs and ask City staff questions about the project.
