In my experience traffic control in my neighborhood is non existent. Speed limits, stop signs and cross walks and parking regulations apparently are voluntary. If our elected officials and city employees were to spend a few hours observing the traffic in my area these problems would be apparent. This is not an exaggeration. Every time I walk my dog I see at least one example of this disregard for safety and common sense. Surely, it is not asking too much to have our existing bylaws enforced.
