Subject lands are subject to a REZONING APPLICATION (ZAC – 13 – 004) .  The Staff report will be brought before the Planning Committee on May 6th, 2014. The proposed development will be connected to the building by a common lobby, and it includes 105 dwelling units, 119 parking spaces (at grade and underground), as well as, associated landscaping.

Please have your delegation request form to Vanessa Robicheau by Friday, May 2nd for it to be on the agenda for May 6th Planning meeting. If you can have it in sooner, that would be very helpful. Make sure you are clear that you want to be a delegate for that day!
