Weekly Update from our friends at the Participatory Budget in Ward 2 for May 29, 2013
Make $1 million have an IMPACT!
Those of us who live in Hamilton see the good, the bad, and the ugly every day. $1 million per year, spent wisely, could enhance the good and transform the bad and ugly. When our ideas are based on problems such as social disconnect or unemployment we can imagine solutions like a friendlier park bench or a fab lab. When you think of ways to spend the budget, let your creativity and imagination take the lead. Our facilitators are there to help you transform your imagination into reality.
Come out this Wednesday night from 7:30-9pm at one of the following locations. We look forward to seeing you!
Bennetto Community Centre (450 Hughson Street North)
Hess Street School (107 Hess Street North)
Beasley Community Centre (145 Wilson Street)

Central Presbyterian Church (165 Charlton Avenue West)
